1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on this platform.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that participating in online skill-based prediction games is legal in your specific state or jurisdiction within India.

2. Account Registration & Security

• A user is permitted to hold only ONE active account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses will result in immediate suspension.
• You must provide an accurate Indian mobile number during 13lgame registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login password and OTPs. 13lgame is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits must be made via verified payment methods (UPI, Bank Transfer, USDT).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or UPI ID registered under the identical name of the platform user.
• Platform management reserves the right to hold any withdrawal for manual review in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or algorithmic manipulation.

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

• Once a bet is confirmed in games like Colour Prediction or Wingo, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• The use of third-party betting bots, AI prediction software, or any automated scripts is strictly prohibited and will lead to an unappealable account ban.
• In the event of a network failure during a game like Aviator, the system will process the result based on the server-side log, not the user's local display.

5. Amendments

13lgame reserves the right to modify these terms, update bonus structures, or alter game payouts at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
